Are you not sure if you can commit to any of the home programs right now? No problem! You can try my home program for two weeks, absolutely free. If you like it, you can purchase the full program at any time and continue to work on your goals.

As for all home programs, you will need at least a set of long resistance bands.

If you can work out only at home or you want to be able to work out from anywhere, then my Home Edition programs are the best option for you. All workouts are short in time: 15-30 minutes only, and you will need only minimal equipment such as resistant bands, mini bands, or no equipment at all.

In this demo version, you will have three to four full-body workouts per week. Additionally, you will get various tips that will help you on your fitness journey.
