You have the right to rescind this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days starting at the date of contract closing.

To exercise your right of rescission, you must inform us (Mama Fitness Coaching, c/o Block Services, Stuttgarter Str. 106, 70736 Fellbach, Germany, contact@mamafitnesscoaching.com, phone: +4917693214712) via a clear statement (e.g., via postal mail or email) about your decision to rescind this contract. You are free to use the attached form, but are not obliged to.

In order to stay within the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the note about the exercise of the right of rescission prior to the expiration of the revocation period.

When you rescind this contact, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs for non-standard shipping), immediately and at the latest within 14 days, starting with the reception of the rescission notice. For this refund we will use the same payment method that you have used in the original transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed on a different method. In no case you will be charged additional costs for the refund.

If you have demanded services to start within the revocation period, you have to pay a reasonable amount reflecting the amount of service already delivered, at the date of reception of the rescission notice, in relation to the overall services agreed upon in the contract.

In this case, the purchase price minus the services already provided will be refunded. Only full months and not months that have already begun will be refunded in terms of the coaching or program duration.

The right of rescission expires prematurely when we have completely fulfilled the service and have started with the service only after you have explicitly agreed and simultaneously confirmed the expiry of your right of rescission with complete contract fulfillment by us.

The right of rescission also expires for a contract about the delivery of digital contents not on a physical medium, when we have started execution of the contract after you have explicitly confirmed that we should start with the execution of the contract prior to the expiry of the revocation period, and confirmed the expiry of your right of rescission by us starting execution of the contract.

Pre-built programs of fixed duration are not refundable.

Products have to be returned to us immediately and in any case at the latest 14 days, starting at the date of sending the rescission notice. This deadline is adhered to if you send the products within 14 days. You cover the immediate costs of return. You only need to cover for deterioration of products, if the deterioration is caused by improper handling, not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functionality of the product.
