Lena coached me 4 months long for my surf trip. Now that the surf trip is behind me, I can only say, that I was really well prepared for it! When I tried surfing for the first time a few years ago, I’ve noticed that I don’t have the “right” muscles for it. Shoulders and chest were very weak and I got tired really fast. Because of this, I’ve decided to prepare well for my next surfing travel. With Lena, I did so many push-ups and pull-ups, as I would never have expected to do it by myself. Upper body, legs, core, stability, conditioning training, yoga elements, – everything was present in my training program. Thanks to all this, I could concentrate on my surfing technique, without getting tired. My muscles didn’t even get sore! Nutritional guidelines and tips from Lena helped me to always have enough energy during my surfing travel.
What I liked a lot with our training is that Lena was always open to my suggestions and incorporated them really fast in my program. When I doubted my form for some exercises, I sent her my videos. She has a really great eye for any kind of form mistakes!
She was always open to any questions I had (and I had thousands of them!) and she answered all of them really fast.
It’s also very useful to have explanation videos for any exercise, so you can play it easily in case you forget something or have some doubts.
