What Is Online Coaching?

Online coaching is like having a personal trainer but in a more convenient way. Why? You can get a personalized training experience from a qualified trainer regardless of where you and the trainer live. All you need is access to the internet and motivation to work on your fitness goals!

You might not have someone who corrects you while you are actually doing your workout in real time, but at the same time you don’t need any appointment. You work out when you want and where you want, which is very convenient especially for a busy mom.

You get guidance, motivation and someone, who can support you on the way to your goal 24/7. Also, videos or video calls make it possible to have that extra personal contact you might need, including the correction of your exercises’ form.

Note: If you are not interested in all-inclusive coaching, and you would prefer a quick start with a professionally made and well-structured fitness and nutrition plan, I also offer ready-to-go programs you can use right away. Check out this page for more information.  


How Does Coaching Work?

Our communication will be completely online via the “Mama Fitness Coaching” mobile app*, which is available for iOS and Android. You will work one-on-one with me, and I’ll be your online personal trainer.

If you live nearby, however, it’s also possible to meet me in person. After you have purchased a coaching package of a duration you prefer and answered some questions about you, I can start creating your individual program.

Note, that with all-inclusive coaching I do not use a program template, which would be the same for everyone. All my programs are completely customized for you, your goals, your physical level and all your wishes. This also means that wherever you want to do your workout, at home, at the gym or outdoors, I will make it work for you in any way!

To make sure the program is working well for you, we will do weekly or bi-weekly check-ins* where I check your progress and adjust the program if needed. This also means, that these weekly check-ins are required!

If you are not ready for being that disciplined, this coaching is not for you.

This coaching is for you if you want full support and guidance. As my time is very limited, so are the spots for the All-Inclusive Coaching.

*You will be asked to choose how often you want to check-in before we start the coaching. However, you can change this option each month. We can do check-ins via in-app chat or as one-on-one video calls with me, where you can ask me anything you want.

Coaching Step-by-Step

Choose Your Package

You can choose the duration you want to work with me one-on-one.

Options are 1 month, 6 months or 1 year.


Complete the application form, so that I can contact you. We can write via e-mail, but I’d prefer a video call with you. That way we can meet each other, talk through details, and see if we are a good match!


If we decide to work with each other, I’ll send you an assessment form, so that I can create a program which suits you the best way. Also, you will get an email with the instructions on how to install the “Mama Fitness Coaching” app.

Creation Starts

After I’ve received your payment and the completed form, I will start creating your training and nutrition programs.

Weekly Workouts

You will get an overview of your program together with workouts for the first week. At the end of the first week I will send you the next week, and so on.

Weekly OR BI-WEEKLY Check-ins

We check your progress and adjust your training and nutrition as needed.

Check-ins are required, and held in email, in-app chat, or video call.

Support & Contact

If you have any questions, doubts, or struggles, you can always and at any time contact me in the in-app chat or via email.

Results Evaluation

After you’ve finished your program, I evaluate your progress and give tips for the next steps, adjusted to your goal.

I will help you develop healthy habits which will benefit your overall health and fitness for life.

Workout Videos

You will get a tutorial video of each exercise with a demonstration and description of the correct technique.

If you have any questions, doubts, struggles or maybe you just want to share your progress with me, you are free to contact me at any time via the in-app chat.

Custom App

All programs are delivered through the Mama Fitness Coaching app, where you can also track your progress. The app is available for iOS and Android.

To make sure you achieve the best results, once every week or every two weeks we check your progress and adjust your training and nutrition as needed.

Limited Spots

There is only a very limited number of spots available for all-inclusive coaching. You should complete the application in order to be considered. If there is a spot available and we are a good fit, I’ll be happy to coach you!
